MeyeNetwork Business Plan Consultancy

Project objective: To support the business plan development of MeyeNetwork, a feminist grassroots organizing platform with a community of approximately 8,000 members. The objective includes identifying potential revenue streams, funding opportunities, and incorporation pathways to formally establish MeyeNetwork as a registered business entity.

Overview:
iSocial is providing strategic consultancy to MeyeNetwork, a feminist grassroots organizing platform comprising approximately 8,000 community members. The platform supports survivors of abuse, trauma, and gender-based violence through peer connection, legal and medical services, and community-based empowerment.

To help MeyeNetwork transition from a grassroots initiative to a structured, self-sustaining enterprise, iSocial is offering guidance in developing a comprehensive business plan. This includes identifying viable revenue models, funding pathways, and formal incorporation strategies to establish the platform as a registered business entity.

Project Objective:
To develop a practical, mission-aligned business plan for MeyeNetwork, identifying income-generating portfolios, potential funding streams, and incorporation options that will allow the platform to operate sustainably and independently.
