ABOUT  US

Launched in 2016, Infolady Social Enterprise Limited (iSocial) is a for-profit social enterprise with the core idea of connecting B2B actors with the bottom of the pyramid (BoP) population with a market-based approach, as well as empowering Bangladeshi men and women to become entrepreneurs, challenging traditional gender roles. In this process, iSocial is creating evidence for action, based on state-of-the-art data analytics. iSocial has extensive experience in implementing entrepreneurship development for grassroots community, particularly women, capacity-building initiatives, and digital literacy and digital financial literacy. iSocial’s ‘Kallyani’ model, a successor of Dnet’s ‘Infolady model’, poised to expand the ‘Infolady model’ with a viable business model, both for the Kallyanis, the women entrepreneurs and for iSocial. As iSocial was incorporated in 2016 to make the ‘Kallyani’ model viable, it took part in implementation of the project on behalf of Dnet. iSocial works operates with three strategic business units: Datasense, iSkill and Junction.
