With a combination of economic knowledge and specialized banking education, Farha brings a balanced perspective to research involving financial institutions, monetary and economic issues, banking policy, and financial-sector development.
In her role, she applies her knowledge to policy research, data analysis, and emerging trends in the financial system. Through analytical thinking, research skills, and a strong understanding of economics and banking, Farha aims to contribute to informed decision-making and impactful research outcomes and excel her career in this field. Farha has published and presented a Paper on “Impacts of Operational Risk Management on Financial Performance of Selected Banks in Bangladesh,” in the esteemed Annual Banking Conference 2025 program organized by Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM).
Farha holds an esteem degree on Master in Bank Management from University of Dhaka and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) providing a strong foundation in economic analysis, banking operations, financial systems, and research.
