Position: Intern – Junction

iSocial operates through three Strategic Business Units:
- DataSense – Research, policy, and data analytics arm.
- Junction Bangladesh – Venture studio and ecosystem-building unit supporting startups and enterprises.
- iSkill – A digital platform transforming TVET institutions through blended learning.
JOB OVERVIEW
iSocial is looking for a creative and driven Intern, Skills & Entrepreneurship, to lead social media management and content creation for both Junction and iSkill. The selected candidate will manage regular posting, content ideation, image and video editing, and PR & communications lead generation across both SBUs’ social channels. The role demands creativity, consistency, and strong communication skills.
INTERNSHIP TERMS
This is a 4-month internship, extendable based on mutual discussion between the intern and management. Interns who perform well may be offered a full-time position within the organization, subject to the management’s discretion and business needs.
CORE DUTY STATION
The intern’s core duty will span both Junction and iSkill, working closely with the Skills & Entrepreneurship team on social media and communications for both units.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Capability to plan and manage regular social media posting across Junction and iSkill’s official pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Ability to generate new content ideas; text posts, visuals/graphics, and short-form video for both SBUs.
- Proficiency in image and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) to produce publish-ready content.
- Ability to identify and pursue new leads for PR coverage, media features, and communications opportunities for Junction and iSkill.
- Ability to maintain a content calendar and coordinate publishing schedules across both SBUs’ channels.
- Ability to coordinate with the Junction and iSkill teams to source content — events, cohorts, courses, testimonials, and milestones — for posts.
- Ability to track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Excellent competency in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Perfect command of both English and Bangla in written and verbal communication.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) in any relevant discipline from a reputed university. Only candidates who have already graduated will be considered.

- Full-time (Sunday through Thursday)

REMUNERATION
Monthly remuneration of BDT 10,000
