Position: Intern – iSkill

iSocial operates through three Strategic Business Units:
- DataSense – Research, policy, and data analytics arm.
- Junction Bangladesh – Venture studio and ecosystem-building unit supporting startups and enterprises.
- iSkill – A digital platform transforming TVET institutions through blended learning.
JOB OVERVIEW
iSkill is looking for a motivated Intern to support its skills development platform. The selected candidate will work directly within iSkill’s core team, assisting with course operations, training-provider coordination, and platform growth activities. The role demands organization, digital fluency, and a genuine interest in skills development and education.
INTERNSHIP TERMS
This is a 4-month internship, extendable based on mutual discussion between the intern and management. Interns who perform well may be offered a full-time position within the organization, subject to the management’s discretion and business needs.
CORE DUTY STATION
The intern’s core duty and reporting line will be within iSkill.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Capability to support coordination with instructors and Skill Training Providers (STPs) for course onboarding and delivery.
- Ability to help organize and categorize course content across iSkill’s learning verticals (AI & Data, Business & Entrepreneurship, TVET, Digital Skills, and others).
- Ability to support institutional (B2B) partnership outreach and coordination.
- Capability to help maintain and update the iSkill platform, including course listings and learner communications.
- Ability to assist with content for iSkill’s news, blog, and social media channels promoting courses and learner success stories.
- Capability to support learner engagement and basic performance tracking/reporting for courses.
- Excellent competency in using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Perfect command of both English and Bangla, in written and verbal communication.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) in any relevant discipline from a reputed university. Only candidates who have already graduated will be considered.

- Full-time (Sunday through Thursday)
- Job Location: Dhaka
REMUNERATION
Monthly remuneration of BDT 10,000
