Fahad Rahaman Azhor is the Senior Program Officer, Skills and Entrepreneurship, supporting initiatives across iSkill, a strategic business unit of iSocial.
With a background in skills and business development, research, and private-sector engagement, he works to create tech-driven learning opportunities that help youth develop practical skills for employment. Prior to iSocial, Fahad managed youth employability programs for USAID Bijoyee Project at JAAGO Foundation Trust and handled business development at the Institute for Informed Development (IID). He has also coordinated consulting and research projects for organizations like SwissContact, Water.org, and the IFC.
A dedicated advocate for youth leadership, Fahad is a member of UNICEF Bangladesh’s Young People Advisory Group and an elected member of the Red Cross Red Crescent Asia Pacific Youth Network. He holds a Master of Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals.
