Maisha holds a degree in MSc International Development: Poverty, Inequality and Development from the Global Development Institute (GDI), University of Manchester. After finishing her postgraduate degree, she worked in the UK development sector for nearly 2 years in a Research and Policy role. Before moving to the UK, she worked in a communications role at The Daily Star, collaborating with the development sector as well as the private sector.
Maisha plays a pivotal role at both research and communication aspects of iSocial. Maisha believes that iSocial has provided her with the unique opportunity to lead in both research projects and communication work. The work environment and learning experience helps Maisha thrive and stay motivated.
