Kh. Shahnizam began his professional career in a development organization, focusing on grassroots-level primary healthcare in the Maternal and Child Health sector. Over the course of 12 years, he has gained diverse experience across program and office management, training, and operations—including five years dedicated to general office administration, procurement, and inventory management.
 
He holds a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of Dhaka. At iSocial, Shahnizam plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing administrative activities across both the head office and field offices. His broad expertise enables him to efficiently manage asset and logistics operations, office safety and security, procurement, stakeholder and vendor coordination, event planning, and travel and accommodation arrangements. Additionally, he contributes to administrative budget forecasting to support strategic decision-making in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
