Infolady Social Enterprise Limited- iSocial is a Social Enterprise for bridging marginalized communities and market through digital innovation and a last-mile delivery network. This entrepreneurship model is a dynamic one, which has won several prizes over the last few years and made a visible impact by bringing socio-economic changes on the lives of the people of the rural community. Through partnership and support from the ICT Division and Department of ICT of Bangladesh Government, we have taken initiative to spread out Kallyani (women entrepreneur) initiative in 16 districts. Then gradually throughout the whole nation to deploy 10,000 Kallyani`s by the end of 2021. It`s a bold step towards fulfilling the vision of Digital Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities :
  • • Recruit Kallyani (women entrepreneur) and Field Officer according to deployment target;
  • • Pre-deployment branding;
  • • Stakeholder engagement;
  • • Recruitment of Kallyani (women entrepreneur) and Field Officer;
  • •Potential Kallyani home visit;
  • • Reporting and documentation;
  • • All other relevant activities regarding deployment;
  • • Coordinate with HOO related to procurement, branding material, training material, inventory etc.;
  • • Periodically send product requisition, escalated from Kallyani and FOs, to supply chain;
  • • Recruit and manage local trainer pool;
  • • Conduct/organize initial training;
  • • Ensure weekly refresher training on product/services/digital solution;
  • • Identify low performing Kallyanis who needs to be under mentoring program;
  • • Payment collection (sales, tab, SCM, license fee) in association with accounts team;
  • • Identify high performing Kallyanis who needs recognition and utilize their strengths in recruitment;
  • • Forecast market demand, prepare for seasonal products in advance and achieve sales target;
  • • Update and maintain KL database;
  • • Ensure Kallyani and Field Officer are following processes and providing reports;
  • • Provide weekly progress report and monthly performance report in a timely and accurate manner;

Educational Requirements:
  • • Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • • Business/Commerce discipline will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
  • • At least 2 year(s)
  • • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • • Sales, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion
Additional Requirements :
  • • Age 27 to 40 years
  • • Computer skills
  • • Multitasking ability
  • • Good command in English and Bangla
  • • Advanced computer skills on MS Office (excel, word, outlook and ppt knowledge is a must), accounting software and databases
  • • Management and leadership skills
  • • Problem solving skills
  • • System thinking ability
  • • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • • Have experience in preparing sales report
  • • Ownership of bike is mandatory

Salary
  • • Tk. 27000 – 33000 (Monthly)
