Job Context

iSocial is looking for a dynamic leader of the sales team, which is instrumental to the iSocial business portfolio.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Set the monthly sales target for each Kallyani.
  • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Collecting all reports from HUB and Territory manager
  • Demand note submission to supply chain
  • Share the Kallyani’s performance in weekly report
  • Mentoring field activities of Territory Manager & Hub through field visit and phone conversation regularly to achieve the targeted goal
  • Monitoring monthly meeting of Territory and hub with the Kallyani’s through field visits, sudden Skype call etc
  • Mentoring and Monitoring TM regularly
  • Set weekly sales target for each Kallyani, HM & TM
  • Collect the list of inactive Kallyanies from HM/dashboard daily
  • Communicate with inactive Kallyanies to make them re-active
  • Conduct Kallyani Training on Sales part
  • Ensure Product/service inputs order from HM
  • Collect and share weekly KL’s income status
  • Ensure target fill-up by the Hub Manager & Territory Manager
  • Establish well coordinate channel to timely respond TM, Hub and Kallyanies requirements
  • Facilitate training to new or modified products/services
  • Field visit
  • Prepare sales report
  • Prepare activity report
  • Documentation

Job Nature


Educational Requirements

  • Masters in Any discipline from reputed academic institutions.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s). For extraordinary candidate years of experience is flexible
